Fish intimidates me but your show really showed me that I can do it. Not only did I do it, it was delicious! Thank you!

Yummy but kind of a lot of work. I think I am a slow cook or else a disorganized one. Anyway we loved it after I finally fot it together. The beans were SO good that I will make them for other uses. We loved the avocado and pineapple salsa so much that I copied it into my recipe books by itself. I followed all of Melissa's instructions and ingredients except fo the cilantro which my better half won't eat. Thanks Melissa, you rock!

My family really loved this recipe. I used black beans because that's what I had on hand. But I will definately try it with the white beans. The lime zest really gave it an extra umph. And yes, we did try it and loved it!! Not sure why anyone would rate something without trying it first. Weird!!

Wow, my husband and I both really loved this meal!! I used Great Northern beans, which I already had frozen, and substituted agave nectar for the honey (I was out of honey, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I loved the cold toppings on top of the warm fish & beans, and the lime juice really gave it such a wonderful flavor. The corn tortillas cooked up so easily and quickly, and that CRUNCH was the perfect base for the softer layers on top. Fabulous with a cold beer on the side ;- FIVE STARS!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish!!! It had a variety of flavors and a new fun way to have a fish dish. I broiled my corn tortilla in the oven and it was great.

I have yet to be disappointed by any of Melissa's recipes!!!
The flavor profiles are delicious, the dishes are incredibly kid friendly and yet they also please my foodie husband! Keep up the great work! She could jazz up her show a little bit but her recipes are keepers and I keep coming back for more! Love it!!!

This is a great meal to let your kids help make and the flavors are to die for. These people who olny give a one star rating have their heads up their butts.

I am getting a bit fed up with people reviewing recipes that they haven't bothered to make. or were to stupid to follow directions.

what curious little trolls seemed to slam it with out trying it. I was careful to salt
    the tostadas right after frying.
I did use mango salso and it is excellent
