This is a great way to use chicken and save a few calories. The store was out of endive but I'll be sure to use it next time.

I think Claires Recipes are great. They are simple and this is what we need being busy moms. Thank you Claire for this great recipe my husband loved it and for sure I will try it again and again. I added a 6th ingreidient to the sandwich which is avocado. Yammi

Great, classic chicken sandwich Claire. I add avocado and thin Vidalia onion slices, as well as the lettuce and tomato. I also put it all on toasted hearty sourdough bread. Sometimes I use mayonnaise on one slice and mustard on the other. DELICIOUS! Thank you!

I made this for my husband and teenage girls. I served it on toasted seasame seed buns because that is what I had on hand. I did go and buy endive. They really raved about the sandwich, notably the honey mustard with the chicken and they liked the endive as well. I did make sure and put a bit of skin on each sandwich.

I did up the heat to 425 the last 15 minutes to really crisp up the skin. I used 2 oranges, 4 limes and a splash of orange juice as suggested by another poster. I used 5 gloves of garlic and I sliced it to release the flavor.

The recipe sound so good to me that I am going to make it soon. I enjoyed the show and I especially liked that it was very few ingredients. I am always looking for new chicken ideas and this sounds perfect. Sometimes I DO need an idea of how to make a new and interesting sandwich!

So, is this Mom's or Dad's Chicken Sandwich, hummm! Either way it's very tasty. I too made my own honey mustard, easy.

Usually I don't comment on things until after I make them but today would be the exception. I love the idea of cooking chicken and using the extra for a sandwich. I haven't ever used endive lettuce before and now I feel encouraged to try it. I love the variety that this network brings. I can find easy, medium, and hard recipes all over the place. For the person who thinks that she is above such shows with mere sandwiches - I hope she doesn't make this recipe and misses out on another great recipe from Claire! I just emailed myself this recipe to try next week! :D I can't wait :

On a different note, this is a great idea to make a different sandwich. I'm a busy mom of 3 and the sandwiches I typically make are of the deli lunch meat variety. Any quick and easy ideas I can get to mix things up a bit, I'm thankful for.

Maybe, you did need to learn how to make a sandwich b/c of being childish. PULL OVER AND GET OFF THE ROAD !!!

Very tasty sandwich. Am always looking for new ideas. It's nice to have things explained to you in detail. Sometimes I don't hear so good, so I was grateful for the way things were explained. Another good show!
