This is delicious and very moist and easy to make. But be careful if you don't like rich things.

Had great success with these! For those who like a less messy chocolate covering, melt a little parafin and add it to the chocolate glaze. This will cause the glaze to harden slightly, but still remains soft, which the cookie needs

I have not tried these cookies yet, but they look delicious! My husband & I appreciate you both. I wanted to say something positive. We like how this couple is so sweet & how they work together. They both bring so much energy & professionalism to foodnetwork. I have save these cookies in my recipe box. Let us build up others & not tear them down. We all need prayer.

I made the cookies for my family. Making the dough does take about 15 minutes, but then rolling the dough to get it ready to freeze is a pain. The cookies are dry and a bit powdery when you eat them. The chocolate dip is only for those who really like bittersweet chocolate. My family didn't go for it. The cookies are very messy to eat because the dip never truly hardens. I won't be making them again. I can't find anyone to eat the leftovers!!

I love the recipe. And soldiers off to war is from an old nursery story...Mu husband is a r4etired militaryman and saw plenty of action. We are neither one horrified or upset in any way by Gina. Get real folks...it was harmless. I've heard my own grandmother tell me to line the cookies up like good little soldiers
marching off to war. I loved her and her cookies.

OK EVERYONE!!! this is not suppose to be about how much you hate the neely's because of a remark Gina made. I watch that show today and I heard what she said but I wasn't at all offendent by what she said!! Most of the man in my family are in the military and I no that Gina was'nt making her comment to hurt me or my family. She was only using a figure of speech!! Besides there are so many bigger issue in the world then this small misunderstanding.
