    I love this recipe! It's a fun take on asian food that even I can make. Reheats really well for lunch the next day.

    Very good....made a Caribbean dinner and tried this...chopped everything ahead of time, made the rice the day before-so was easy and tasty!!

    For me it was just ok. I did skip ham, we don't eat pork; may be that would make a difference, although I doubt it.

    Delicious and easy! I am vegetarian so I left out the ham, but it is just as good without the ham too. I paired it with Morning Star "Buffalo Wings" and it was a match made in heaven!

    I made for dinner, excellent with the chicken brocolli on same show.
    Only one small problem, took me longer as I didn't have a Patrick to help me do all of the chopping!!LOL..Wonderful meal..will make again, giving myself more chopping time..

    Made this and took it to my family's Christmas dinner. Everyone loved it. The rice was so good, I made more two days later. Next time I think I will try it with shrimp instead of ham. So good!!!

    I made everything on the Neely's Take Out show one Sunday. Whew... Chinese food is way under priced, first of all. With all that chopping and such, my preparation time felt like it took forever! This is excellent stuff! My family doesn't like pineapple in foods so I eliminated it. But it's oh so good!
