Love it! I prefer preparing this recipe to going to an Indian restaurant.

This was delicious! The marinade smelled delicious all on it's own. I opted for chicken breasts, and grilled the chicken on the BBQ. The yogurt sauce totally tied the dish together. Next time I make this, I would like to try marinating the chicken longer, and could also see doing this like chicken satay and do thin strips of chicken on skewers.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! The first three times I made this dish, I followed the recipe exactly as written. However, tonight, I substituted sour cream for the yogurt, since I was out, and it was still very tasty and moist. This is definitely one of our favorite chicken recipes - very full in the flavor department! Definitely grill the chicken and use FRESH ginger - it makes a big difference in taste and experience. I served this with Aarti Sequeira's red lentils and basmati rice... what a fabulous Indian meal!

I am quite surprised at how this recipe was prepared. First off, the 15 minute marinating time is not even close to enough time for this recipe! The purpose of the Yogurt is to tenderize the chicken. That being said, the chicken should be left in the marinade for AT LEAST 2 hours, but preferably over night.
Also, a great side dish for this meal is Coconut Rice.

I've been waiting for months to make this dish. I finally got in the mood for something new. Very good - healthy. I used boneless skinless chicken wanting to clear out my freezer. I put the chicken on the bbq and followed the directions to the tea. Very easy and yet fun. I would make this dish again.

This is an amazing recipe. A couple of things. Add a few shakes of Tabasco and it kicks it up just a little heat-wise. Also, you can substitute 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger for the fresh ginger. Best chicken I have ever had. LOVE spicey things and this hit the spot.

This is a flawless recipe. I can't believe it's so low in calories. The yogurt sauce really marries the flavors perfectly, and the marinade has the perfect amount of spice.

I finished dinner half an hour ago and my mouth is still singing!! This is AWESOME! I used bone-in skinless chicken thighs, and I cooked them on direct heat on a charcoal grill, otherwise following the recipe verbatim. The marinade is very moist, so the chicken won't burn over direct heat, but you do get nice charred spots and a bit of smoke flavor. My partner said, "Can we have this tomorrow?" This is really, really good food! The recipe will serve four, but everyone is going to want an extra piece so plan on it. I'm wondering about using this marinade for extra jumbo shrimp on the grill. I just can't say enough. I love this recipe!

This was delicious and so easy! I used chicken breast instead of thigh and it worked just fine. I knew from the smell of the marinade paste it was going to be good. I served it with the Barefoot Contessa's Couccous with Toasted Pine Nuts and a Greek salad. My husband says I can make this one again.
