This was a delicious and easy twist on shrimp scampi. Loved the toasts and the fresh lemon flavor!

This was a delicious and fresh meal. My husband loved the lemon flavor mixed with the chive and parsley. The only change I would make would be to grill the bread instead of put it under the broiler.

Delicious! I will be making this for company as an appetizer. I didn't have parsley so I used fresh cilantro instead but kept it to a minimum for added color. I also removed the tails so I could serve it on top of the garlic toasts. I've made it twice already and loved it each time.

Loved this - fast, easy, delicious alternative to our usual Sunday football fare! I reduced the parsley a bit, increased the garlic, and increased butter, which made for an extra decadent appetizer. The idea of brushing the bread (we did a entire, sliced baguette with the olive oil/butter/garlic mixture before broiling really made a difference. This is going on permanent rotation.

I followed the recipe and thought this was excellent! I agree that it was a little too much parsley, will use less next time. The lemon was delicious. Will make this again for sure!

my 5 large garlic cloves were too much so, after sauteeing with the red pepper flakes in butter and evoo i removed most of the minced garlic before adding shrimp. lemon juice and lemon zest was amazing-- brightened the whole thing. cut the bread thicker, even up to an inch, so it doesn't get too soggy. a little less parsley would be another tip. don't forget cracked pepper.

yum. fast. easy. eat with friends who like garlic.
