This was really tasty! I will definitely make it again, but I think I will julienne the veggies a little more than I did this time to give it more of a "slaw" texture. This is a refreshing and healthy side dish for the spring/summer...

My husband claims this is the best slaw recipe I've ever served up. I have to say I agree! (That and the ultimate slaw on this site.

I made this to serve as a side dish tonight, and it turned out delicious! The crunch and texture from all the vegetables is great, the vinaigrette is light and fresh, and the combination of the red onion and radishes gives the dish a lovely pepperiness. Give this a try - it's a great dish for summer!
