If you want to make this and have it not be so dry, substitute buttermilk for the whole milk and soak the poppy seeds in it for about 3 hours in the fridge.
Don't add the poppy seed to the dry ingredients as she does. I like Sunny, but it comes out better the way I did it.

This bread is ok. Great flavor but a bit dry and crumbly. Do not put the whole pistachios on the top, it makes it difficult to cut thus cracking your slices. I also only baked for 45 min and it was plenty.Made it a second time with an extra egg and more moist, less crumbly, going to add another yolk next time.

I didn't care for it too much, but my husband liked it. Won't make it again unless he specifically requested it. An hour and 10 minute cook time seemed high so I set my timer for one hour. At 50 minutes it was done and turning dark brown. I would start checking it at 40-45 minutes.

This bread is really what Sunny's show is all about: easy and yummy! I would've never thought of putting poppyseed and pistachio together in a bread but they work.
