This is one of the tastiest and refreshing drinks.....I (as some others have cut down on the sugar. I have used it with both the sparkling water and sprite and both are delicious.....

I made this drink a couple days ago and it was delicious, the apple juice adds a nice flavor and it doesn't taste like strong tea. Great recipe Giada!

I loved it. The mint was not overpowering. Everything was just right. I agree about the something missing part at first. Once I started drinking it, it got better. I love being able to make drinks with fresh herbs!! :

This was pretty good. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar because I don't like very sweet drinks. I served the drinks in stemless wine glasses with muddled mint. I really enjoyed sipping this in the 100 plus degree summer heat. Update: I found this to be best 48 hours after making it. All the flAvors really came together. One night, I couldn't sleep so I added a shot of parrot bay rum to my glass of punch. Wow, so good. Seems like something you would drink at a beach resort.

VERY delicious! I agree with the others about it "missing" something and was going to add fresh ginger to the mix. Haven't yet, but find it very tasty regardless.

My mom and I originally made this recipe following the exact instructions. It was good, but we felt it was missing "something." A depth of flavor of some kind. We also felt the sparkling water did not leave enough fizz. After some brainstorming we topped off our glasses with some ginger ale. This brought in the depth of flavor we were looking for AND some great fizz taking it from an OK punch to a GREAT punch that we will enjoy again!
