Awesome recipe! I am a huge fan of carne asada and appreciated the simplicity and outcome of this recipe. I was slightly frightened when I put the steaks on my indoor grill and started coughing from the spicy jalepeno juices stinging the back of my throat, however, once cooked, it was the perfect flavor. Thanks!

Great set of recipes. I make my own tortillas, my own Salsa de Arbol, and a uniquely marinated steak. Now I have a bunch of jalapeños just begging to be used in any number of ways. Maybe even add a couple to my taco! Thanks Chef - and I too would like to see more of your ideas here.

I think it's a great recipe, and sure will use.
One other thing I would try. Now for me, a nice med-well chard and
    caramelized Shirt Steak.
    Thank You

Like the jalapeño touch, I usually for a quick meal I just season the stake meat,
slice and put into the pre-half-cooked flour or blue-corn tortilla with a fresh green tomatillo salsa that is not hot,
but this is a touch that I can enjoy the flavor of the jalapeño without the heat, just
using a couple with out the seeds, gracias Aaron.
