Kobe sliders were a hit at our tailgate party - if you have a hard time getting Kobe beef - i found them on-line @ Prime gourmet meats @ https://www.primegourmetmeats.com/product_info.php?products_id=335?osCsid=a4cd72e94a8e3b602b95e62a88aab01f

For the person who said that onions are poisonous to dogs should do some research themselves. While it is true that they can be toxic to some dogs NOT ALL DOGS HAVE TOXICITY TO THEM. These burgers are fab and I would def give some to my dog....onions and all. Great recipe!!!

Debra,If you had watched the show you would have noticed that these burgers were served to the dogs owners NOT the dogs.. I found the burger to have lots of flavor. Note you can find real slider buns at Cash and Carry.

I would never make this for my dog. Onions are poisonous for dogs and I would also take out the shallots, because they are in the same family. I am kinda upset they would serve this to dogs... maybe they should do their homework and find out what foods are bad for dogs.
