Terrible; do they want us to cook this in the oven or a grill. Putting the lamb on the grill makes all the paste fall off.

@FAITHFULCHRIS .... You have to be VERY careful when using Kosher salt. ALSO ... EVERY kosher salt is NOT the same.

First you put salt on the garlic bulb before roasting. Then you put salt in the rub. Then if that isn't enough salt, you place another heaping measure of salt directly on the lamb rack. You could cook an old shoe with that much salt and it would taste good too. Cooks and chefs need to take responsibility for what they present to the home cook. WHO WOULDN'T BE EFFECTED BY THAT MUCH SALT?

One of the first recipes I tried and the lamb was simply delicious. The paste gave the lamb such flavor.
I used sliced lamb chops instead of rack of lamb. Plan on trying with the rack of lamb real soon.

First time viewer, my girl made me watch. LOL
But when I saw Pat on the grill I knew I was going to like this show.
For the first time my girl didn't have to make me try something new. I really wanted to try the Lamb chops.
Gathered all the ingredients and got to work. I have to say I've had Lamb chops in some great Restaurants. But man I tell you after preparing them and accompanying them with steamed green beans and garlic new potatoes. I felt like a real chef.
Oh and my girl even called me daddy after that meal. lol
You guy's are the best I will be a true watcher now. Keep up the great work. I'll stop buy next time I'm in Memphis for sure.

Pat and Gina's love and loving ways on their show add a wonderful twist to their great recipes! I hope the Food Network airs their shows for many years. Keep doing what you're doing on your show and continue to give us tasty recipes, Pat and Gina. Haters like GAG ME, Joyce make me gag at their idiotic comments. If you don't like the show, as the previous reviewer stated, don't watch it. I love this show!!! Have tried many of your recipes, Pat and Gina and my husband and I really enjoyed them all.
