Fantastic and easy. My family loved it. Served it with seasoned roast potatoes and asparagus and there were no leftovers! Five star all the way. By the way, I substituted maple syrup with agave syrup.

This recipe is a big winner!! Make sure that you have an instant thermometer. Thanks to this instruction, I was able to cook pork just like good restaurants do: juicy texture and cherry blossom color. I know that my husband loves me more after having this. While cooking, your kitchen will be filled with happy aroma.

This is now my go-to easy pork chop recipe! it was very flavorful, and juicy. My boyfriend and I loved it. Great job Neelys! Although this recipe rates 5 stars, some of the reviews worried me. I was concerned about the syrup ingredient tasting funny, and that some people said the sauce is meant to be thin. I was imagining a thick crusty sauce but just went with the recipe. The flavors are great and its so easy and convenient. Most of these ingredients are kept in my pantry all the time. I did not have maple syrup but used regular syrup and it was fine. You don't taste syrup flavor. I also took the advice of some of the reviews and basted more than just during the last 5 minutes. I don't currently have a grill so made this in a pan and it turned out perfect. My boyfriend cant wait to have it again, and I cant wait till we can try it on a grill : Delicious!!!!

Great flavor!!! There were so many different things going on... spicy, sweet, and tangy... just like the name says. The kick from the cayenne and tabasco was nice, something which I've never tried before. But don't worry, the flavors did not overpower the pork but rather complemented it. I didn't have celery seed so I used Old Bay, whose main ingredient is celery salt, and then just cut back the amount of salt I used. Also I sliced an onion and placed on the top while they grilled. The sauce soaked into the onion and made it taste amazing! My final words... these pork chops are a million times better than the ones I ordered from an overpriced cajun restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. And I got much praise from my boyfriend for them:-

My family loved this recipe! The sauce was very tasty and complimented the pork perfectly. The sauce was not think, however it did the job and stuck to the chops. Super great recipe.

Thought the recipe was incredible. The Whole family loved it. My wife even posted it on Facebook! I didn't wait untill the last five minutes to baste the chops though. I basted them throughout the cooking process and was very pleased. The sauce caramilzed nicely and left and amazing tange that complimented the pork chops perfectly.

I made this recipe based on high reviews; however, I thought they tasted very bland. The basting sauce's consistency worried me right from the beginning. It's very watery with no texture to adhere to the chops. I wanted a new recipe to get away from regular ol' chops on the grill but I'm afraid that's what I ended up with. The chops were moist but no different than when I fix them the regular way. I will continue my search.

Delicious!!! These were so good I'm thinking of what else I could use the sauce for. The whole family enjoyed them and they will be made again.
