This was delicious! The only thing I didn't do was the egg. I wasn't too sure if my children would like that, plus by the time I got to that part it already seemed perfect! The broth was amazing and the veal meatballs......yum!

I tried this recipe for the first time and it was FANTASTIC !!! I've only used pork and beef bones in Korean/Asian recipes and saw that this recipe was very different, a little unusual..... from any other and was very eager to try it.
I also LOVE the way Alex describes her recipes as she is preparing them......
I'm now very anxious to try your BBQ chicken i just saw this morning !!

I made this soup over the weekend and it was fantastic. The only thing I changed was using chicken stock instead of water; otherwise, I followed recipe and it had great flavor.

I saw this yesterday and decided to make this for Sunday dinner. I followed the recipe excatly with the exception of tossing in a small parmesian cheese rind and it came out fantastic. The bone marrow added great flavor and I used veal. I added some kosher salt along the way as she suggested to taste and added as needed. I didn't read the other reviews until after making and having for dinner and it seems to me that the negative reviews were from people that changed items like no bone marrow, no veal, ect... I have found that the first time I make a recipe I follow it to a T or I really can't comment on how it turns out. YMMV
