I would have trouble getting all the ingredients to stretch to 18 inches to make this.

This was a really good salad- I liked that it had added veggies. I cooked potatoes whole, then removed them and blanched the other veggies for 3 minutes in the water. I think the veggies would have been mushy if I had cooked them longer.The radishes lost their bite being cooked and were surprisingly mild. I used parsley and dill for the herbs- yum! And better the next day.
