Very quick and easy to make. Takes as much time as it takes you to dice a tomato. Served with a side mix green salad

Very good. I used balsamic, but red wine vinegar would be good, also. Easy and tasty. Can't wait until tomatoes are truly in season.

This was amazing! I just finely chopped the garlic and did not smash it and used a couple of cloves (I like garlic, though. It was DELICIOUS.

This dish is great! We make it quite often and the only thing we do different is to add more garlic. We can only find yellow tomatoes in the garden during the summer, so we just use all red tomatoes and it tastes just as good.

I made this recipe tonight... However, I went to 2 stores and could not find a yellow tomato, so I substituted red and yellow peppers. I put a tad more oil and vinegar in and also did not have scallions. It was absolutely delicious!!! Very simple and my husband (who is extremely picky loved it, too!
