It turned out GREAT, the only thing we did different was put it in a 13 x 9 pan and cook it at 350 for 35 mins. Very YUMMY!!!!

I do suppose I am too picky about "language" in recipes. Stale bread is Never for Me. Just "dry out" fresh bread cubes in oven at 325 oven and toss to get crunchy. You'd never eat the bread stale, so Why with a recipe to Serve?Learned the "how to" on a food program with great results.Just keep bread from getting too dark, then will make This recipe Shine!Plus, Delicious as it is too!

Very easy very fast and very tasty! We get a lot of Zucchini from the garden and this is one of my favorite new ways to eat it.

The recipe does not say what size pan to use in either step.
