Made this last nite it was spicy but in a really pleasant way. My husband loves okra "if it's cooked right" well he ate it all, so it is a keeper in my home!!

I have served this dish twice. I got the recipe from the Food Network Magazine. I served it with the P.F. Chang's Lettuce Wraps, homemade Thai basil rolls, eggrolls, and Korean barbecued ribs. Everyone loved the recipe both times. It is definitely a twist on fried okra. Ludacris was smart to add this to his menu.

Robin you need to read the recipe correctly! It says all but 1 tsp. It's unfair to rate it so low because you didn't understand. I made this because I wanted to do something different with okra and no one at the table was disappointed.
