Absoutely delicious! They came out perfect...grounded my own chicken in the food processor and was delighted that the chicken was juicy and not greedy like ground chicken you buy in store...the special sauce was the best....I even found the cellophane rice noodles and my husband ate the whole thing...thanks for sharing!

My husband and I love lettuce wraps but I have yet to find a recipie that compares to the lettuce wraps at PF Changs that we love so much. We found these to be very bland and were trying to kick them up with sauces as we ate them. Not a bad recipie but not great either.

These are great! I cut the recipe in 1/2 for 2 of us and there easily was still enough to feed at least 4. I added chopped cilantro the 2nd day and glad I did. Did not use oyster sauce since I was out or mushrooms, jalapeno because hubby doesn't like them. (I could have added the mushrooms and he never would have known. HEHEHE! I doubled the sauce and really glad I did....it is so tasty. I will make these again for sure!

This recipe was beyond fabulous, yes it did come out a bit sticky but come on people did you ever hear of a little water or wine??? Perfect!!! Taste to die for - there was none leftover, wish we had more, my son wanted me back in the kitchen over the stove starting from scratch.. We would have this meal three times a week if I would make it.

I was very disappointed with the outcome of this recipe. I thought there was too
much cornstarch and salt. The meat mixture turned out gooey. They weren't at all like PF Changs. Some of my family members thought they were ok, but think I will try another recipe next time.

Ok. I got to say that my girlfriend eats like a bird when we go out to eat. Honestly, I should order one meal, after eating it let her lick the plate and she would be full. Not to say she is a dog or anything....just saying she is very small and doesn't eat much.

However, this meal was completely different. She had the whole plate and had seconds for the first time in over 2 years of dating her. She commented and I agreed that this meal is one of the best we have had made. I have to say the prep time is a little long but it is well worth the wait.

Although the dish was very expensive to make, it was so worth it! I honestly can't wait to make it again. My husband loves the wraps from Pei Wei but said this recipe is better than Pei Wei!!! The kids also loved the wraps!
