This was outstanding! I added some crunchy romaine hearts (big party- romaine is cheap and threw in a can of garbanzos. The dressing seemed too plain when I was making it, but it was the perfect compliment to the arugula and Brussels sprouts. (I used the entire sprout- cut out the tiny core and used that too!

I'm not a Brussles sprout fan, I was looking for healthy salad with light dressing and this is came out really good. I used shaved Parmesan instead of Romano, and I put some more Almonds. Yummy!

This was the best salad I've had in a long time. The brussel sprout leaves are such a surprise and the endive and arugula all go together. I can't say enough good things about it. Thanks again, Giada!

Love this salad and it was a hit at the first picnic of the season. I did replace the Endive with a handful of romaine because I didn't really care for the bitterness of the Endive. I also roasted the Brussels sprout hearts with a little bit of Parmesan and used them as croutons.

I wasn't too certain about this recipe as I am not a brussel sprouts fan, however, it looked so delicious when I watched you make it. I decided to give it a try and absolutely LOVED it!!! Enjoyed it so much that I repeated the recipe for guests the following evening.

Giada, you've outdone yourself. This salad was incredible! And the brussels sprout is the key. Being lazy, I used the microwave to 'cook' the sprout leaves. 60 seconds and right into an ice bath to stop the cooking. Then I used a salad spinner to dry the leaves. I did this the day before. It was the hit of the BBQ. Thanks you!

Excellent, had to try it after I saw Giada preparing it on the Today show... replaced the endive with romaine, since my girls dont care for endive and it was a great hit. Loved the bright green and earthy flavor of the brussels sprout leaves and coupled with our favorite arugula... yum!

Fantastic salad, minus the endive because I couldn't find it. Add some dried cranberries, for color, texture and more yummy flavor.
