Delicious soup....The beet reduction was a little much but the soup was great without it. Not sure why she apologized for not having the reduction....Wolfgang would not have known the difference. Plus he was rude to several people on the show.

I'd be very surprised if a professional cook submitted this recipe, because a professional cook wouldn't mistake a palette (which is something an artist uses with a palate (which is what a professional cook uses.

Even though I noticed this chef didn't complete her soup for the panel, I was curious to see if it tasted as good as it sounded. I presented to my relatives and they loved it.
