Superb, really enjoyed the heat. The tomato sauce was excellent and the chicken was perfectly cooked.

very good! I took the suggestion and subbed chili powder and water for the oleck sauce. It was spicy, but still had lots of flavor!

My grandmother would definitely NOT approve of the sauce, but really made the dish as good as it was. The chicken and potatoes were nice, but I'm reserving five stars for dishes that really take things to the next several levels.

Made some alterations to the recipe to cut back on the oils and striking the grapeseed. Unfortunately, I did not have Oelek Sauce on hand and substituted with Chili powder and 1/8 cup of water. The texture of the potatoes and the zingy sauce was a nice compliment. I have picky eaters which I probably should have pureed the vegetables for the sauce instead of having vegetable chunks which they could 'pick' through. This recipe is great if you don't want to go traditional boring 'cream mushroom out of a can based sauce' casserole. Very well done!
