We are a predominately mexican family. My in-laws don't like the "American-style" turkey. But I tried this recipe on a 12lb. turkey to see how it would pan out.....n my in-laws went nuts over it!!!-- I was pleasently surprised . I'm gonna make two turkeys this yr., 1 with this recipe for my hubbys side of the family, n 1 "american-style" turkey, for my side of the family. Thankyou for saving my Thanksgiving meal, now everyone will have something they like.
