    The marinade for this recipe was not good. There is too much citrus flavor and is not well balanced relative to the other ingredients. I grilled a skirt steak 5 minutes on each side as suggested and the inside was medium rare to rare. It caramelized excellently on the outside, but would suggest grilling for an additional minute on each side to get a medium well result per the recipe.

    This was a great Fajitas recipe. I made the recipe actually as it was written. Very good, I would definitely make it again.
