I made this for my husband who is the only one in our household that enjoys collard greens. He liked the little bit of heat the red pepper added to the dish. I did try the dish and thought it had good flavor. I will make this recipe again.

I found this recipe quite delicious and so did my family. It was easy to make with just a few engredients that you allways have in stock. I wish I made a double batch!

OMG! This is only the second time in life I have tried to cook greens. Collard greens are one of my favorite dishes however, I have always depended on someone else to cook them.

I decided to try this recipe on last night, I followed it step by step and they were the best I ever had.

I love that it only took 30 minutes to cook and the flavor was awesome!

Thanks to Sandra I never have to depend on anyone again now I can cook and eat them when I want!

Surprisingly awesome. I have had collard greens a few times. I usually think they are just okay. My wife has always disliked collard greens. When I saw this recipe, i thought it just looked good and decided to give it a try. Both of us loved this recipe. I followed it to the tee, and it turned out perfectly.

WOW! So yummy. This was my first time making collards and I am so glad I used this recipe. My boyfriend had tried collards before and did not like them and he thought this recipe was delicious. If you have had a bad experience with collards try this recipe, I don't know how anyone couldn't like this.
