I don't know what posessed me to add cilantro to this. It killed any deliciousness that was there. I think I might keep the grilled corn idea for future, but that was really the only thing I cared for. The cabbage was ok in it, I guess the cilantro just overpowered everything. She does say not to use it if you aren't a fan, I don't know what I was thinking.

This was really good! So fresh and different from the same-old. Very refreshing!

On it's own, this slaw is okay. With the chipotle lime chicken tacos, it was perfect. My husband and son looked at it and were afraid to try it (they're not big veggie or slaw eaters, but I made them try it and to their amazement, they liked it. This recipe makes a ton. The leftovers weren't bad, a little limey, but I mixed in just a touch of the chipotle-lime cream sauce and it was fine.

I made this meal, and the slaw was very yummy on the tacos. I did eat leftovers of the slaw as a side dish, and didn't like it as much as a side dish. I tried it with and without the greek yogurt. But on the tacos, it was all a great combination!!

We just made this recipe tonight and I will say that I am not sure if I would eat the slaw by itself but it was perfect on the tacos. The combination of tender chicken, spicy cream sauce and the crispy slaw...Yum!

I made this to go on top of the tacos also from this episode. I really enjoyed the slaw on the first day. The next day the lime juice made it a little too bitter. My husband didn't care for this slaw at all. I really like red cabbage so it was good for me. It did make a lot of slaw though. I will make this again for me in a very scaled down sized. Thanks Claire for all your great ideas and flavors!

This salad was so easy to make and so delicious. I'm not a big fan of cabbage so I didn't really know if I'd like this salad. I was pleasantly surprised. All of the flavors really blended well together. I will definitely make this again. A keeper!!!

Was looking for an easy side to go with carnitas tacos for a 4th of July lunch. This was simple, and easy. I actually didn't expect it to be as tasty as it was with so few ingredients.

No one at home likes slaw but this recipe is the exception. My husband likes the sweetness from the corn and the tanginess from the lime it just goes. He was eating by itself before I was done.
