I usually don't before before taste but I love every ingredient so it has to be good. I just put it in the oven. I used Marie Callendar pie crust because I cant make it any better than she can. The egg mixture filled both with left over so I am sure this recipe must be for 2 pies. Also, I bought a 10 oz package of chorizo and I see that as enough for 2 pies. 16 ozs for one would be a bit too much for me. Can't wait to taste! I bet avocado on the side will be great.

This is a yummy quiche. The only problem is the recipe says it yields 6 to 8 servings. Yet it makes two crusts and all those ingredients won't fit in one tart crust. So I'm guessing it should yield 2 quiches??? I realized the mistake after I put all the cheeses in the crust, so I left the cheeses but put half the eggs, cream, and milk. Super cheesy but very yummy. Its definately enough for two quiches. Also I didn't have the right kind if chorizo so I put very little in it. I think it would be just as wonderful without it. But I LOVE cheese. I will certainly be making it again!

I too saw Bobby make this on Throwdown and just knew it would super, I'm going to try it today, but I'm a little concerned about the amount of dough, I don't understand what to do with the 2nd disk of it, I saw him divide the dough on the show too but don't remember what, if anything, he did with it. So I'll cut the recipe in half, also because I don't have a deep dish tart pan, so I'm sure that will be fine. Yums!

We saw Bobby make this recipe on TV and knew immediately we had to try it. The quiche itself is amazing, but don't skip making the pesto....it really makes the dish sing! And the goat cheese is such a nice touch.
I didn't have time to make the crust, so I used a good quality store-bought crust and we loved it so much we are making it again for dinner tonight!
