    WOW! this is a wonderful recipe. We couldn't stop eating these in my house and they made the PERFECT fluffy, creamy, and fruity pancake. I cut down the sugar in the coulis and it was plenty sweet. The work you will put into these pancakes are worth it and if you have someone who doesn't like pancakes in the house don't worry, they will like these. Though I recommend putting the dry ingredients together the night before that way all you have to do is the liquid in the morning. I plan on making these for a summer brunch so that my family and I can eat outside.

    I make these once or twice a week at my bed and breakfast . I have tweaked the recipe down to 1/2 cup sugar and they are still plenty sweet. I also add more milk then called for about a cup total. . the batter was too thick to work with to incorporate the egg whites.

    This is a winner. I have never been a huge fan of lemons until I tasted a Meyer Lemon. Now I am a fanatic! And the orange juice in the Strawberry sauce really brought out that amazing meyer lemon flavor in the pancakes.

    just made these this morning. they are awesome. the only difference is i used homemade ricotta instead of store bought and left out the lemon peel. my grandson loved them as well.

    This was delicious!!! My 4 year old loved them!! I didn't have Meyer's Lemon and used very ripe lemon and it was still delicious! The Strawberry Coulis was delicious! It's a favorite receipe in my house!! Love Chef Anne!!

    I love the lemon taste and smell my mouth just watered putting the berries on. I love Anne's recipes. She is just my favorite chef. That is really tough for the company she keeps.

    These pancakes are SO delicious! The strawberry coulis is the best part!!!! It's so refreshing and tasty. The pancakes are the fluffiest I have ever made, and have a wonderful lemony flavor. A very easy recipe to make too!

    These are amazing! The flavor is so fresh. I did not make the strawberry coulis but had sliced strawberries and blue berries on the side for toppings, as well as blueberry syrup. Meyer lemons are key to the flavor. Will make again for Easter.

    These fluffy pancakes are the BEST pancakes I have ever made! Sometimes I put blueberries or chocolate chips in them. I make them every time I have company spend the night! We all love them! Thanks Anne!

    I love these pancakes. I made different toppings for it depending on my mood. My favorite is to take a mix of frozen berries, heat them with a little bit of sugar so they become liquidy and delicious. Definitely a favourite recipe.
