I too had to modify it with more chips, cheese, and tomatoes. But other than that it was incredibly delicious!

This was GREAT - BUT I had to MODIFY it! I looked at past reviews and followed suit. I used more chips, cheese (2%, Rotel tomatoes w/chilies, 1 T chopped green chilies, and had to cook it 45 minutes to make it set. This will be a regular dish at my house!

This was a hit, but I took note of the previous comments. I used twice as much chips, 5 whole eggs, did not measure the cheese or the cilantro, and used canned chilies with tomatoes rather than plain chilies, with a fresh chili added for good measure. I also made fresh guacamole to top it. I did also add a can of chicken, since I was cooking for 2 guys with hangovers! I did need to cook it at least 10 minutes longer, but it was definitely worth it, and I will be making it again.

It was OK. I make something similar and the family liked my version better/this won't be a keeper for us.

Dish was okay. Agree with other reviewers comments about lack of flavor.
I added onions and jalapenos but it didnt seem to do much for taste.
I'd really like it to work, will try again, add more stuff and cook less than the 30 minutes outlined...it was a little dry.

Very easy recipe to make. Though it is pretty bland without the sour cream and the salsa. So I highly suggest adding lots of the sides. It takes a while to cook, but the prep time is really minimal and easy. Overall a good recipe that will probably be an occasional staple around our house.

My kids loved this, it was an easy side dish on our mexican dinner night!

I thought it was kind of boring. The texture was nice, but it was flat on flavor.

The texture of the dish was nice but it was very bland. Recommend added a lot of spices to increase the tastiness of the dish.

Very easy to make and definitely tasty. I didn't use the sour cream but did use the salsa. It didn't come out as moist as I thought it would, but I think I needed to beat the eggs & egg whites longer to get them fluffy. I liked the green chilies in it - gave it a nice tastebud surprise! I would most definitely make it again.
