No one in my house liked this. I made as written and found the dressing to be very bland. It would have been much better just using a store bought light ranch dressing.

We liked this one. I sauteed the corn in a tiny amount of oil before cooling and then mixing into the rest.

I added Shrimp and cucumber to it. Substituted the scallion with basil and just served it as a pasta salad. It turned out amazing!!!

Excellent! I did use grilled corn and applewood smoked bacon because that is what I had on hand, it was fabulous! It is very easy to make and the dressing was not overpowering, it was lite and delicious. I recommend it.

I thought this salad was very good. I did double all the ingredients and added roasted jalapeno peppers (that gave it a little kick!!. I didn't use the arugula or bacon because I thought it didn't need it. I wondered about the vinegar, but it was just right. My corn didn't stay in large pieces after I stired the salad, but it was still great!! Thanks for the great recipe.

Pretty decent. I really enjoyed the corn in the salad...gave it a fresh taste (as did the tomatoes. I put mine in raw, which is what I assume the recipe called for, but I think grilling the corn beforehand could also work and give it a totally different flavor. Not sure I'd call this 'diet food' like the review below (with bacon and sour cream...even the low fat kind, but it was good for what it is. Much better than the store bought kind.
