Fresh and delicious! My only change was baking the green beans and tomatoes in the oven for 30 minutes instead of grilling them!

A definite go to recipe not only for ease of prep and cook time, but the punch of flavors! If you are condo bound, the veggies can be sauteed on the stove top. And personally, I loved the taste of using boneless thin sliced chuck roast. The chimichurri sauce is what ties everything together!

I made this tonight and it was wonderful. Our butcher had bone-in New York strip steaks at a better price, so I grilled them and left them whole rather than slicing, grilled the green beans, and because my husband does not like grilled tomatoes, I used campari tomatoes at room temperature, sliced and drizzled with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. The presentation looked wonderful with the steak topped with chimichurri sauce on the left, green beans in the middle of the plate, and tomatoes on right. I used the herbs I had on hand from my garden...basil, oregano, thyme, chives, and parsley. This recipe was simple, fresh, healthy and delicious! I will definitely make it again.

Was beyond expectations. Timing was perfect. Served it with microwaved new red potatos with olive oil and barely salted. Will fix this again.

This recipe was fairly easy to make and reminded me of a meal I had at a fancy local steak restaurant I had been to. My one recommendation is to cook the green beans a little longer before adding the tomato (we cook our steak and veggies in the oven with the broiler. Fantastic sauce--I use all three greens evenly in thirds and add garlic and olive oil to taste. An easy and wonderful recipe to make for 2 plus people.
