I liked this recipe as the soy-honey and the herb combination was good. The difference is i roasted the salmon at 375 for 15 mins and broiled for 2 mins. I will definately make this again. Also u can add crushed red pepper, schzuan pepper if u want to amp up the taste.

I'm sorry, maybe I did something wrong but it wasn't very flavorful at all. The texture and color were nice, but it looked much better than it actually tasted. Bland. I even doubled the soy sauce ingredients. I broiled as in the directions so I don't know where I went wrong. If I try it again, I will probably add brown sugar to the sauce as one reviewer did - and marinate the salmon a bit in the sauce before cooking. The stuffing is a good idea, it adds texture and is pretty, but needs to be more flavorful somehow. Hmmmm.....I think this is one of those "tweaker" recipes....

This is my absolute favorite salmon dish so far! They turned out absolutely perfect and were very simple to make (this is also coming from a novice cook. The honey and soy sauce glaze made for a perfect combination and went so well with the cilantro and scallion mix. I would definitely recommend this recipe and will be making it again this weekend!

We broiled the fish, per the recipe, and it came out flavorless despite the large amounts of ginger and cilantro. We used triple the ginger and didn't taste it. Also, didn't taste the glaze at all. I would not make this salmon recipe again

This has got to be one of my favorite dishes now... I love it!

I baked it, sadly this was my first time ever baking fish so it was an experience. The sauce burned and the smoke alarm kept going off! haha also I guess my cut was too thick so it took longer to cook and I eventually turned the heat down and baked it instead of broilng it which worked fine.

Def. double the sauce when baking, if not more...

This is the most delicous salmon I have ever made. I cant even tell you how much everyone loves it!! Ive tweaked this recipe a little bit to my liking here and there but other than that it is the most amazing salmon ever!! one helpful hint though is use virgin olive oil on the skin when grilling, it never sticks! veggie oil tends to stick in my experience with this recipe.

This was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! I made it for myself with only one serving and I cut down the amounts of the cilantro, ginger, oil, and scallion stuffing, but then kept everything, besides the number of salmon fillets, the same amount listed. Since, I kept the sauce to baste with the same amount for four fillets, I would say to at least double the sauce. I loved it so much. The honey soy sauce mixture was surprisingly perfect with the salmon. All around this was amazing, and the edamame went nicely with the oriental flavoring of the salmon.

I have made this recipe several times adding brown sugar to glaze, once and then trying it with or without cilantro. This is an absolute favorite of my family. Once made it for 22 guests, that's a lot of salmon!!!!
