I LOVED this recipe. I cut up the veggies the night before and placed them and the chicken in their own resealable bag as well as make the cilantro sauce the night before. The next night I finished the recipe (minus the jalapeno and sub chipotle peppers in adobo sauce since that's what I had in the house and just cooked the chicken separate from the sliced veggies. it was easy, healthy and delicious! Thanks!

Excellent recipe and the two sauces were fabulous! I also made black beans and rice from Rachel Ray's steak fajita recipe and added the leftover vegetable marinade to the blk beans and rice. Yum!

I am on a diet so i altered this recipe to use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. IT WAS AMAZING!! All my dinner guests LOVED IT and felt so light and we sat outside and it was the PERFECT meal :

I do not cook very often so this recipe took me a little while to prep, but I loved using fresh ingredients. I omitted the jalapeno pepper b/c I'm allergic and I sauteed the chicken/veggies, but otherwise I followed the instructions verbatim. Everything tasted pretty good. Next time I would like to marinade the chicken for a little longer and maybe add some cumin to it. Also, I was surprised how much my husband loved the yogurt sauce and plan on making double next time. We used whole wheat tortillas and they tasted great...didn't take away from the flavor of everything else. Also, I used an orange and a yellow pepper, but you couldn't tell after they were cooked...maybe use a red bell and either a yellow or orange just for color. Great recipe!!

I was worried that this recipe would leave the chicken bland, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had company over that night and they loved this. The yogurt sauce and avacado relish was really good. I actually put a little of each on a piece of talapia the next day with some of the mango salsa and it was amazing!

This recipe is excellent! I have made this several times with chicken and shrimp and it is delicious. I do not use the yogurt because I do not think it is needed, although I am sure it is tasty. One tip: I do not add any extra water when I add the avocado as it seems unnecessary. Great recipe by far!

If you are in the mood for Mexican this is your one stop shop. All of the fresh foods used in this recipe made it good and refreshing. I was not sure if the yougurt made much of a difference. Otherwise, the best Fajitas I have had!!!

made this, but turned it into a salad, put the chick and veggies on top of romaine lettuce and then used the avocado sauce as the dress, delicious!
