    Made it today, I think it's easy, didn't use too many bowls so not much cleaning after, that's what i prefer.
    It is pretty good, not too sweet, good overall.
    Maybe I'll make it again.

    I made this recently to bring to a dinner party---I was a little afraid that it wouldn't be chocolately enough, but it was excellent! I will be making this again soon.

    This is the best chocolate cheesecake! I didn't add any espresso though, just out of personal preference. Also, I used mini chocolate chips so I wouldn't have to chop up pieces of chocolate. It took about 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips, and I would recommend using most of the remaining chocolate chips after that to make a chocolate ganache for the top with a few reserved to sprinkle on the top. I almost didn't make this recipe because of the cottage cheese, afraid that the flavor would be "off" or overpowering, but I thought it was perfect! I can't wait to make it again!

    I thought I overcooked this because it cracked a bit along the edges, but after letting it cool and placing it in the fridge overnight, it was perfect. My husband said it was like a combination of cheesecake and chocolate mousse because it was so creamy, and he was right. Very decadent.

    This chocolate cheesecake is to die for! I started make it a few months ago and now when people invite me over they ask me to bring dessert and ask for my chocolate cheesecake (and I love to do it!. Rich, creamy, not to sweet... perfect!

    I did this recipe for Christmas for the first time with a chocolate sauce (look at the Nigela's chocolate cheesecake recipe and fresh rapsberries. It was a success!!! I just added more 1/4 cup of sugar for this recipe and the result was perfect for my taste! Next time, maybe I shouldn't put the instant coffee that gave an intense flavor to the cheesecake. By the way, it was delicious!

    I just made this cheesecake for my mom and her best friend for her birthday! They loved it, not even knowing that it was low fat. I also did it with a rasberry topping (frozen rasberries, honey, and a bit of whole wheat flour and it came out beautiful and delicious!
