So good! My husband said it was really delicious so I'm happy. I doubled the sauce though after I poured in the called for amount, it just didn't seem like enough. I will make this again for sure.

Great healthy alternative to greasy chinese food! I love chili-ginger sauce so I doubled the amount in this recipe. Also great in a low cal wrap if you do not want the extra calories/carbs of rice.

Great recipe. Followed it completely and it was delicious. My husband was thrilled with it also...he finished the "leftovers" =] The sauce is easy to make, the ingredients are bright and colorful. Just an all around good meal that doesn't leave you feeling heavy and tired!

this was great - even my 3-year-old liked it. not too spicy at all. i left out the scallions and added broccoli, and also used sesame oil since i already had it. very easy to make...i'll definitely do this again for a quick, healthy, weeknight meal.

This was fantastic for a quick and easy meal. I didn't measure the ingredients and it was really tasty. I used a yellow and an orange pepper which looked really nice with the snow peas and chicken. Thanks for sharing this recipe ... my family loved it!
