SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS... A NICE CHANGE. WE HAD A HARD TIME DECIDING WHAT TO PAIR IT WITH SINCE IT'S SORT OF A HOT DOG AND SORT OF ITIALIAN.

I loved this recipe, but my family was not as impressed. I don't think 2 tomatoes are necessary - I used one and it was just fine. I would suggest a little less red balsamic vinegar, as this was the main complaint. I think it's a great way to spice up a typical hot dog.
