    Excellent! I modified the recipe by cutting the mozzarella and tomatoes into small pieces, similar to bruschetta.

    I made these according to recipe the first time. They were really good. Second time I adapted them to a mini-muffin pan and used herbed cream cheese and slice cherry tomatoes. They came out great. Im thinking next time I might try cutting mozzarella balls in half to make perfect-sized pieces of cheese for the mini tartlets. Everyone loved them

    If a thirteen year old can make this and have it taste good, than the recipe has to be really easy.... It tasted great too which was an added bonus :
