    Heavy, greasy, nasty....Not the quality of the "southern" biscuits this southern gal is accustomed to. I usually enjoy Emeril's recipes and recommendations, but this one just doesn't do at all.

    I liked this recipe because it has a weird buttery delicious taste in it. And I like it because you cant really taste the flour in it. And Also it taste delicious with honey on it. I'm 9 years pld and it was pretty easy to make.

    This is a great biscuit but better with some fresh rosemary mixed in for a hint of spice.
