So easy and delicious! I didn't have a torch, so I used Fluff instead of marshmallows. Maybe that is the difference from low ratings of other reviews to a high rating for mine. All the textures worked well using Fluff.

I love Sandra Lee and many of her dishes. This one bombed out for me. I didn't like the mixture of consistancies - creamy pudding, grainy cracker crumbs, and chewy marshmellos. It looked pretty but all the dessert cups had plenty left in them, so even the kids said no thanks! Sorry Sandra! My fav is the chipolte cornbread muffins. An easy crowd pleaser!

It looked really good watching it on TV, but when we tried it, it didn't really work in terms of taste, the textures did not complement each other and the crushed graham crackers made it seem dry even with the pudding.

There isn't much to this, but that's what's so great about it. The torch definitely makes this, with the campfire flavor built in. It's always fun to play with the torch too! Easy, cheap and delicious - what more can you ask for? :

I made this recipe for a couple of friends and we all agreed that it just was not very good. It was fun to make but not fun to eat. The textures don't work well together and the flavor combination is not great. I love smores but this was definitely not even close.

I made this dessert in a large trifle bowl instead of the mini parfaits - it looked impressive! It is a very light dessert as well, so it follows a big meal well. The leftover graham crackers might be a bit soggy, but I'm sure it's still yummy. Thanks Sandra!
