this is was really yummy although i took some short cuts like just buying the taco seasoning
i also made a chutni which was amazing and all you do is drizzle it on the pizza just gives a little extra kick
    ingredients
    1-alvacado
    a bunch of celentro
    pinch of salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    half of a jalepeno
    and sour cream
basically just diced the alvacado and cut the celentro, blend it into a machine with the jalepeno, garlic and salt. I added a little sour cream so it taste creamy

This was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. The other Aaron McCargo recipes I have tried have not tasted as good as they look/sound, but these were very good. Next time I think I will just add avocado to the salsa since I make my own anyway.

This is an awesome dish. I make it all the time for my family and they love it. I use the taco seasoning for our regular tacos as well. I can control how much salt goes in to our tacos and I love that. Thanks for a great easy yummy meal!

A little time consuming to make, but it was good. The taco seasoning on both sides of the crust is a really good idea, gave it a really good flavor.

This is awesome! I entertain with this all the time with rave reviews. I use Giada's pizza dough recipe and follow this recipe with some modifications. Do not have the grill on high when you cook the dough...it will burn- this happened to me. Also keep checking the dough every few minutes since it cooks very quickly. For a thin crust, roll the dough thin and cook only a few minutes. Make sure you make individual size pizzas since they are easier to manage on the grill.
