    I made this by the recipe except that I added some chopped up roasted Chicken Thigh meat (cold. Pros are that it is exceptionally healthy and easy to make. Negative is that it is just not that great. It's not bad, just so-so. If I try it again, I would add some cheese, maybe grated Parmesan. Maybe also I would add a dressing with more to it than red wine vinegar.
