    I can't wait to try this and some of the other receipes. Love your show, you really explain mexican cooking in a way that encourages me to try it. Keep up the great work!

    I am not a huge rice fan, but this is the best! I copied the receipe incorrectly and forgot to char the poblanos, but it was still out of this world. Next time I will char them and can't wait because it will be even better. All of Marcela's receipes I have tried are wonderful and even my picky family LOVES them. Keep it up, you are my new favortie! SF

    Really surprised me how good this was. Didn't have crema or sour cream so I just drizzled a little heavy cream on the cheese instead. Only had Thai Hommali jasmine rice--maybe that contributed to the excellent flavor.

    This is such a simple and great recipe! The fresh corn adds a sweetness that's hard to resist. My family loves it. I doubled the recipe and added Mozzarella to the Jack. It instantly vanished at our family dinner.

    Loved this rice dish! The corn gave it an extra good flavor, and the crema, yummy! First time I had ever used crema, now with Marcela's show I know what it is and how to use it! Thank you and can't wait till Saturday to see her wonderfully new recipes!!

    This turned out very well. It's much better with the Crema but if you don't have it, Sour cream works well too.

    This is my new go-to rice recipe. The recipe seems very forgiving in that I didn't have the specific rice called for in the recipe, so I combined arborio and jasmine. Leftovers didn't last long.
