I JUST MADE THIS RECIPE LAST NIGHT---I LOVED THE LIGHT PEACH TASTE. SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE FRESH PEACHES OR THE COOKIES, I PUT A FEW CANNED PEACH SLICES ON THE ICE CREAM AND IT WAS FANTASTIC. THE ALMOND EXTRACT GIVES IT THAT EXTRA SOMETHING! TRY IT, I THINK YOU WILL LIKE IT.

this recipe is absolutely delicious.. several nights later I combined this ice cream (without the peaches with a recipe from another chef's show for Apple bars.. the combination of the two recipes was outstanding.... thank you you two are great!!

I only made the ice cream. It's a very mild peach flavored ice cream but I enjoyed it! I enjoy watching you guys cookin' together. You do it with such love.
