I made this dish and also made the reduced calorie modifications that Chef Bruno recommended. The dishes were wonderful. I would also watch a food network show with Chef Bruno as the host!

Every recipe on this show was delicious. Went straight to the store for the ingredients. Thanks Paula for intoducing us to Chef Bruno, he's great and I agree with the others HE NEEDS HIS OWN SHOW.

My picky eater step daughter loved this recipe after I made it for her dinner last night. I went in search of the cookbook and can only find it on Chef Bruno's website. I am going to buy 2! One as a gift.... The whole family can't wait for the cookbook to come so that I can make more of his tasty creations. I agree with all the Chef Bruno needs to have his OWN show!! That's one that I would watch!

You want the "Next Foodnetwork Star", Chef Luis Bruno is it! He is likeable and makes recipes I eat in Mexican Restaurants and would love to make at home.
Paula can pick 'em! First the Neeleys and now Chef Luis Bruno!
