I am a BIG fan of Aaron's recipes and show. He is passionate about his cooking

Awesome pudding recipe! Great flavors, very creamy! I suggest adding a pinch of salt to balancing the flavors though.

Keep the recipes coming Big Daddy!

I'm gonna tell my Big Mama, on you Big Daddy! You trying to out-cook my granny. Delicious.

This was one of the best rice puddings I've ever had. The added white chocolate and dried cherries were a nice surprise. I served to guests and they loved it. To lower the fat, I used skim milk instead of whole and 1 egg beater for 2 egg yolks. It was still rich tasting and with the lower fat version we were able to enjoy larger portions.

Easy and delicious! I cut back on the sugar a little, but still plenty sweet. And those dried cherries - wow! Great change from raisins or cranberries.

This rice pudding is without a doubt one of the best I've ever tasted....even though I'm the one who made it! LOVE the fact that I don't have to cook the rice first. I am, like Aaron, a huge fan of dried cherries so I couldn't resist. Oh, and I didn't change a thing. Thanks, Aaron!!
