I loved this salad. I used cannellini beans and thought it was delicious. I will add some chopped jalapeno next time as some reviewers have mentioned for a little kick. I?m not a huge steak fan so I cut up cooked shrimp and mixed it into the salad. Yum!

I've been anxiously waiting for a day this week that I could make this since I saw the show on Saturday. WOW! So delicious, my children ate the beans and they usually won't touch beans. For my husband and I, I added a serano pepper to the beans. Next time I'll grill the steaks as well, pan fried this time but still delicious. Thank you for this great show!

I did not think I was going to like this salad but to my surprise I really liked it. I did add 1 fresh jalapeno - chopped to add spice but I will definetly make this again.

The bean salad was very good, and so easy to put together. I added a little hot sauce to the beans to give it a little kick. Will definitely make this one again.

I made this on saturday after I watch the show, this is awsome. I will try the rest of the recipes this week. Looking forward to the show on saturday.
I LUV MEXICAN FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!! Always looking for new ideas. My family have mexican night with me at least once a month.
