This recipe is tastytown!! I read reviews saying that it was the best but I didn't believe it, how could kale satisfy a chip craving? This simple recipe is the BEST!! If you get them just crunchy enough, they kind of taste like chips! I added a little garlic powder to mine before baking and they came out perfectly.

Best kale I've ever cooked (out of the three times I've tried. I followed the recipe to a t- using water instead of broth because we don't have veggie broth. Added real bacon bits with the water to try to get some extra flavor. These turned out excellent. It please my husband, my 12 year old, and even my 3 year old! Will make weekly!

Delicious! Very good! Fool proof recipe. So I decided to BYOC (be your own chef
I added 1/2 a sliced onion to the chopped garlic. I added a pinch of Cumin, pinch of turmeric & a pinch of white pepper (the seasoning blend I use when I make Kale Chips
Used chicken stock instead of veggie stock
Added a drizzle of honey and only used 1tablespoon of rice wine vinegar (love salty sweet combo
    Will be making this again

My first time trying kale. I'll admit that it wasn't bad, but I feel like it could use a little more pizazz. Like some bacon or mushrooms or something to compliment it. Make sure you sautee garlic on medium and the covered kale on medium high.

I replaced Kale with Baby Spinach and used Balsamic Vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. My dad loved it and sayed he could eat it all day.

This dish was delicious even though I burnt the first batch. LOL. I am rating it 4 stars because the cooking directions were a little bit of an issue. Everyone's cooking equipment is a little different, but I found that cooking the garlic at medium-high was too high. I would recommend cooking it at a little lower heat or the garlic will get away from you, meaning it will start to burn. Once garlic browns too much, it is usually irretrievably burnt. Where the recipe directs you to "raise the heat to high", I would suggest medium. You want to give the kale the full 5 minutes to cook so that it is tender, but you do not want the liquid to evaporate too soon. The second batch was wonderful. ;-
