    This is the easiest, most flavorful kale recipe. This recipe is a part of a quick weekday meal for our familyl. We love our greens!!
    We like garlic and add much more than is called for: usually about 3T instead of 2 cloves, otherwise we follow the recipe using vegetable broth. Love the simplicity.

    This left the kale bright green and perfectly cooked. This will be my staple method of preparing kale from here on out. I might add smoked paprika next time.

    So simple and wonderful - my wife and I really enjoyed this today. The next time I have swiss chard that's a bit tough, I'm going to try this out. The chicken broth really helps tenderize.

    I was really craving some kale greens, and didn't know any way to make other than what I was raised on as a child. The very unhealthy, cooking all day in a pot with ham hock or country bacon. This recipe was wonderful! Great way to get your greens in!

    I'm not a huge fan of greens, but this was quite good. I added a little Smart Balance butter to the finished product, and there wasn't a bit leftover. Will definitely make again soon..

    WOOOOOW! I did NOT know this recipe would make me an addict of sauteed kale! Collards were my favorite green veggie, but I don't cook them as often because of the time it takes...I tried this recipe and I believe I've stumble upon my new favorite green veggie. The bonus is that it doesn't take as long.
