Outstanding. My first time cooking Kale and everyone told me it's so hard to do but this recipe was perfect. The Kale is so delicious and tasty and so healthy that I have a new favorite vegetable. This was a very happy cooking and eating experience. Thank you Bobby Flay.

Loved it! It was a very simple dish and the kids even ate it. We made it the base of our meal with penne noodles, smoked sausage, and sauted tomatoes. Healthy and yummy. We will definitely repeat this.

This was incredible especially with the red wine vinegar! I added some crumbled bacon to it for some heartiness... will definitely be making again! A very unique side dish and great for company as well.

    It was fantastic.
I had never eaten the young Kale before and what a difference it made over the large leafed kale.
I'm a one person household, so I just froze the remainder in portions in freezer baggies. Thanks Bobby

This was simple to prepare and very tasty! I didn't have red wine vinegar so I used white wine vinegar. I also added red grapes cut in quarters and toasted sliced almonds as I was craving them and it added the perfect texture and extra flavor.

Fantastic! Just bought kale for the first time and saw this recipe. Used water because I didn't have vegetable stock on hand and it turned out perfectly. I'm sure this will become a staple at my house.

Loved it! Just made it tonight, first time ever cooking Kale. Don't change a thing. The chicken stock adds a nice flavor, and the red wine vinegar has a great finish. I will definitely make this over and over and over again. Start to finish, including rinsing and drying the kale = less than 10 minutes.

Best kale recipe I've tried yet! My husband and daughter gobbled it up!
