I was hoping for a more sauteed flavor. This was good but not much difference than steaming it.

I had never had kale outside soups. I bought some to saute so did a search and found this recipe. I added a small shallot and 1 T of red pepper flake to the garlic and olive oil. Although the vinegar was stout, I ate all of it. I will make again, however, next time I will use half as much vinegar and red pepper flake.

I couldn't believe how delicious this is. I almost ate the entire thing myself, in one sitting!

I make this about once a week when kale is in season. It's very satisfying and makes kale seem more exciting to me. The kale absorbs the red vinegar and really takes on the flavor, while keeping the kale "bite", even after sauteed. More, please!

Wow, I signed up just because of the kale. This was delicious! I have never had it before. You have to make a lot tho as it cooks down a lot. Make it, you won't be sorry.

Tasty and so simple to make. I reduced the red wine vinegar by about half, which was just the right amount

I don't like kale, but this made the kale taste pretty good. Btw i didn't have any red wine vinegar so I used balsamic instead, and the kale was fried in oil that had been used for sausage.

It says nothing in the directions about when to add the red wine vinegar.
